Biography

Justin Kurtz, MD, is an assistant professor at George Washington University and practices pathology at Children’s National Hospital. He completed a molecular genetic pathology fellowship at Columbia University, New York, NY, a pediatric pathology fellowship at Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA, and an Anatomic and Clinical Pathology Residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, Torrance, CA.

Clinical Expertise

Dr. Kurtz’s clinical practice at Children’s National Hospital includes pediatric surgical pathology and molecular genetic pathology.
 

Research

Dr. Kurtz’s research interest is primarily focused on molecular alterations in pediatric solid tumors.
