Biography
Dr. Blanchard is originally from Chicago. She completed her B.S. at Stanford and heer M.D. and M.P.H at Harvard. She completed her residency in emergency medicine at George Washington. Following residency, she was a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Sholar at UCLA and RAND. In 2006, she obtained a PhD from RAND Graduate School.
