Biography

Brandon W. Graham has served in emergency services for over 21 years and has extensive professional experience across the public safety, homeland security and emergency response continuum. His current training and research portfolio includes programs for the GW Emergency Health Sciences program, the US Department of Homeland Security and the US Department of State. He began his career in the Fire and Emergency Medical Services in Washington, DC and obtained extensive experience in out-of-hospital emergency medicine, continuous quality improvement, special operations, and special investigations. His law enforcement experience includes tactical medical operations, high-threat response, and flight operations. During his service in Washington, DC, Brandon had the responsibility of responding to and managing events ranging from routine medical, fire, and criminal emergencies, mass casualty incidents, mass transit emergencies, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, VIP gatherings, high profile summits and conventions, and Presidential Inaugurations.

Brandon also works in the Texas A&M University System and in support of the National Nuclear Security Administration delivering weapons of mass destruction response training to first responders and first receivers across the US and its territories.
